OUR PHILOSOPHY
We are committed to quality and excellence and we have management systems in place that ensure that we deliver a quality service consistently. We encourage feed back from residents and their representatives about the service provided, and endeavour to provide an enviroment that is open, honest and caring.
We believe in treating all residents as individuals. All residents have a right to privacy and independence, and a right to have their cultural religious and emotional needs accepted and respected
Facilities
Arrowsmith Lodge can provide accommodation and care for 35 residents and can cater for a variety of special needs, including residents with dementia and mental disorder.
There are 3 lounges, a pleasant sun lounge, dining area and a sensory garden for residents.
Fees
£1,250 per week, subject to assessment.
